
杜健,男,博士,副教授,实验教学中心主任,青檀学者优秀青年人才,主要研究方向:微生物培养发酵与蛋白质工程。2018年6月毕业于山东大学发酵工程专业,毕业后来校工作,现主持山东省自然科学基金、枣庄市科技计划项目、横向项目。2019-2021年担任枣庄市科技特派员,2021年于枣庄市杰诺生物酶有限公司挂职。现主讲《生物药物分离工程》、《实验设计与数据处理》、《制药设备与车间设计》等课程。近年来以第一作者和通讯作者身份在《Bioresource Technology》《Cellulose》《食品科学》等期刊发表论文多篇。
